Are your products new?Yes. All our products are new and supplied to our customers as they are supplied to us by the manufacturer. We do not supply our customers with seconds or used goods nor do we supply grey imports.

Do you accept other payment methods?Yes we can accept payment over the phone and also bank transfer (BACS) when ordering over the phone or email.

Why are your products cheaper?As we are online based and buy directly from retailers or manufacturers, we do not have overhead costs so we like to pass this discount onto customers. We have built a relationship with retailers and suppliers to get the best possible price.

How to receive my order?You will be informed of a delivery date. We recommend that you stay in the house/delivery address all day on the day of delivery, or maximum 15 mins away from the delivery address so that the courier/delivery driver can deliver. Orders will not be left without a signature. This is a one-man service so please arrange extra help if needed, or if you require a two-man service then please let us know and this will be charged accordingly. Please inspect goods on delivery, and let the courier or driver know / write down on the consignment note of any defects or missing items. Then please inform us as soon as possible.

When will I receive my order?Orders from Firez will usually be made within 3-7 days. Orders from Flamerite will usually be made within 7-14 days. Please allow up to 28 days for orders that are out of stock or special customisable orders. You will receive a delivery email providing an estimated delivery date. Please see our shipping policy for further details.

Is there a charge for delivery?No, delivery is free to most Mainland UK addresses. For deliveries elsewhere such as Offshore Islands, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland please email us for a quote. If you require a 2 man delivery then please also email or phone us for a quote.
